Quite a number of people have asked
me questions on this subject, some because their
"Into" it and others purely like myself,
for cleanliness purposes. It's not the most pleasant
of subjects to explain, but thoroughly cleansing
yourself before getting fucked makes getting fucked
far more pleasurable (IMHO) Even If it's only to
plug myself, which I do most days, I enema first. It can
take me several hours to "Thoroughly" cleans
myself and this is my preferred method. I have
several kits, one like the picture above a douche , a turkey
baste'r ( which you can
get at any kitchen accessory shop) and a shower attachment
which fits over the sink taps, you can get these from
those walk around type shops that sell everything for a pound,
and their quite good to use too. Which ever you choose to use,
"Always" keep it clean and sterile. There's a good read
about enemas "HERE"
I Enema several times before I know
I'm clean and it can sometimes take me a few hours
to do so. Going to the loo before you
begin helps, its easier if you don't have a full
bladder and obviously, the less there is "up
there" the less has to come out. Being
comfortable and warm helps too, apparently. If your using the shower attachment
method, be sure that the water isn't too hot,
don't want to have a scolded colon. Use a lubricant too
and be careful easing the tube into you you don't
want to cause any cuts inside you. Take your time and
take care is best and get used to doing it.
With the shower attachment on the taps and the water
at a comfortable temperature, and flow, (don't try
to put gallons of water inside you or you
will rupture your colon, when you get used to it
you will know how much you can take) I lift one
leg up and rest on the sink, not putting any
weight onto it. ( TOP TIP.... "Never" go far
from the toilet) carefully ease the tube inside me
for a few seconds and then hold it in for as long as you can.
What happens next comes natural. I repeat this
process several times until all that
comes out of me is "water" however, at
this point I wont be clean. the water will travel
a long way and anything that is further up
the intestine will have been loosened and will soon
be on it's way down. All that will be clean now is the
colon, large intestine. At this point, I plug
myself and go about doing a few other things, put
my make up on usually, and wait for nature to take it's
course. Again, try not to stray too far from
the toilet because if you cant hold it in and
that butt plug comes shooting out, there's going
to be a mess and your butt plug shooting out of you
with force could take someone's eye out.
After nature has taken it's course, and
what's going to come out, has come out, I repeat
the same process again, clean the plug ( Obviously)
before again plugging myself. Although the plug isn't very long
I'm not sure if it helps to open the colon more
and helps what ever is inside you come down quicker,
I don't know. but it works for me, I suppose it can
help to prevent "Accidents" happening too, unless
you have one of those plugs that shoots out of
you when you cough, I wouldn't recommend
using one of those. When nature has again taken it's
course and I've cleaned myself up, I stay at the sink
with the water running and keep filling and
emptying myself into the sink. By now, very little if
anything, other than water, should be coming from me and
"I'll Know" when I am "Thoroughly" cleansed, by
what is coming from me. Now here's the bit I like.
I'm thoroughly cleansed , you could eat your dinner from me,
I now leave my chosen plug in very hot
water, to soak for a while and let it get hot and
warm it up before plugging myself with a hot plug, if you
haven't tried it then try it, but
again, be careful you don't want to poke a
hot iron in your eye do you? Now with my
fanny all clean hot and wet, I'm ready
for any man who wants to fuck me or have me
sit on his face.
If your going to use the "Douche"
type methods to clean yourself then make sure that its
full and that there is no air in it at
all, you "DO NOT" want to be pumping
any air inside you, this is dangerous
to do so. The douche's work fine, but can take a
bit longer than other methods, although until I got
a gravity enema kit, the blue one at the top of the
page, I used a Douche and never had no problems with it,
it did a good job. I use the enema bag mostly
now, but I always use the shower attachment to
"finish off". You can relax a bit more
using the enema bags and there isn't as much
mess with water as there can be, if your not careful,
with the shower attachment. But what ever your chosen
method may be, it's worth it, it's worth the effort and you
will enjoy your fucking even more. It's also far
more pleasant for those who like to watch me fuck myself
with a large dildo, when all they see is a
wet stretched tranny fanny it just makes them
want to eat it.
Have "fun" with your enemas, practice
makes perfect, you will get the hang of it
and you will enjoy the benefits of
having a clean fanny. But do be careful, if you have a date lined up
or even if your going to spend a few hours fucking yourself,
then give yourself plenty of time to clean yourself
thoroughly. If I have someone coming to fuck me at, lets say
8pm, then if I haven't already done so that day, I
will start to clean myself at around 5.30 to
6pm, to give myself plenty of time. There's a few
